Our Water Aerobics programs offer something for everyone and are suitable for all fitness levels. Each class incorporates stretching, core training, flexibility, and balance exercises. The natural resistance of water provides an efficient, full-body workout that’s gentle on the joints—no sweat required! Classes are held in various water depths to add variety and accommodate all comfort levels, including those who prefer not to swim.
Our experienced instructors bring more than 25 years of expertise and are certified through the internationally recognized Aquatic Exercise Association. They are also trained in Water Zumba, adding a fun and energetic twist to your aquatic fitness routine.
